About
Bijoux is a show which comes to life inside a piano that also doubles as a puppet theatre. It tells the story of an old lady dealing with fragmented recollections, and a little girl who defies gravity as she rambles playfully on the rooftops. It’s an encounter between contemporary Montréal and the city’s cabaret nightlife in the 1950s. A tale of an ageless friendship between two endearing characters that, like weeds, try to push their way through the cracks in the sidewalk.
