Description
Caroline is an actress from Matane in Gaspésie and a graduate of the École de Théâtre at Cégep de St-Hyacinthe. A professional multidisciplinary artist, she specializes in the art of giant puppetry, theater, and performing arts (Théâtre de l’Avant-Pays and Dame de Cœur). As a field artist, she travels to festivals across Quebec province on stilts—at events such as the Montgolfières Festival, Jazz Festival and Just for Laughs Festival—or roller skates, bringing her clownish characters to life!
Caroline has worked with several major productions, including Cirque du Soleil, where she performed as the sole puppeteer in their ice show “Axel,” touring across the United States and Canada. She is currently performing as a puppeteer in the Disney/Cirque du Soleil collaboration “Drawn to Life” in Orlando, Florida. Caroline has also appeared in several television commercials as a puppeteer and actress. Additionally, she serves as a creative puppetry coach for Cirque du Soleil and hosted the internationally recognized “Puppet Podcast” on YouTube.
