Description
I am an actor and puppeteer trained at the Université du Québec à Montréal. For fifteen years, I worked as a puppeteer with several renowned companies, including Théâtre de l’Avant Pays, Théâtre de la Dame de Cœur, Théâtre de l’Œil, and Théâtre Incliné.
Alongside my artistic practice, I have shared my passion for puppetry by teaching professionals in various contexts: with the Quebec Puppeteers Association, at the Conservatoire d’art dramatique, and at the Department of Theatre of the Université du Québec à Montréal, where I taught Acting and Puppetry as well as in the DESS in Puppetry Arts program.
I have also directed several productions, including Carton rouge sur carré vert with Les Amis de Chiffons, Panique dans le piano with Théâtre Magasin, and Jacques et Zébrelle with Extravagan’zart.
From 2007 to 2023, I worked in the Casting Department at Cirque du Soleil as a talent scout and performance specialist in acting, clowning, and puppetry.
